Two Chickens INSIDE the Coop and three on top!

A few days per week, two or three of our chickens head into the Coop at dusk (the door automatically closes at sunset), while the others sit on top of the Coop rather than going in. Thus, the ones roosting outside get locked out. We have a ring camera aimed on the area and check it every night to see if everyone is in; if not, we go collect them.

Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, did you find a solution? We have five chickens in total.
